How to Install Android Pie Emulator on PC and Laptop?

Step No. 1: Download and install Java Tools from HERE (Choose JDK and JRE compatible with your computer).

Step No. 2: Download and install Android Studio 3.1.4 software from HERE.

Step No. 3: Start the Android Studio tool on your system and make a new Android Development project. Now go to option Tools >> Android >> AVD Manager from the top menu.
