Like the released of new Windows 8 operating system this year Microsoft introduced a New Logo Design of Windows 8 and now it’s time for a change of company’s official logo. Microsoft has unveiled, updated and introduces a New Logo Design of Microsoft Company in last 25 Years, this new change in Microsoft Logo is the first time change in history of Microsoft from last 25 years. According to the new change in Microsoft Logo Design, the new logo features the name «Microsoft» with the official Segoe Font (a font which Microsoft owns itself). Company use Segoe font in its products and marketing from past several years. Users will also notice the new Segoe font prominently in the new Windows 8 user interface which has dramatically changed the look of company’s reputation. According to Microsoft, This is the perfect time to update and change the official logo because this year is an incredibly exciting year for Microsoft as company is preparing itself to introduce new and exciting versions of all company’s products including Microsoft Office 2013, Xbox services, Windows Phone 8, Windows 8 OS, Visual Studio 2012 etc. etc.
Users will noticed the new change and up gradation of Microsoft product’s common look and feel on PCs, phones, tablets and TVs. Microsoft further said that these new changes will also represents a new era for Microsoft. If we closely see the New Change in Microsoft Logo we will noticed that the logo has two components like mentioned in above Official Image of Microsoft New Logo Design, the logotype and the symbol which makes a full logo. In logotype, there’s a Segoe font involved beside the symbol has four squares of color including Red, Green, Blue, Yellow which intended to express the company’s diverse portfolio of products.
Microsoft has already updated and implemented a new Microsoft Logo on Microsoft.com as well as in three Microsoft Retail Stores today (Boston, Seattle’s University Village and Bellevue, Wash.) and soon it will cover all other Microsoft retail stores all over the world in next few months. Microsoft said that a new logo will also be featured on television ads worldwide which help company to boost the reputation in positive way. It will also takes time for Microsoft to fully implementing a change because it needs some time, so there may be other instances where you will see the old logo being used for some time.
